What about scams and fake news?

The vaccine is and always will be free. No-one will ever ask you to pay anything for it.

There are some scams where people are pretending to work for the NHS and ask for money over the phone.

One woman had someone pretend to work for the NHS turn up at her door and ask for money.

Never give cash or your bank account details to anyone for anything to do with vaccination.

There are also lots of stories and fake news about things like the vaccine having microchips inside it.
